Yes, any wet dream that Los Angeles is going to trade Quint Byfield or Brandt Clarke for Mitch Marner is, in fact, certifiably insane.

For that Leafs need to give up more to LA.
And if LA is trading Dubois they would be seeking cap space or Centre futures, neither of which this trade offers.
