CHI should not be targeting Marner, and I doubt he would waive his full NMC anyway.

Two spots in the draft isn't worth taking on JGP's contract, IMHO, and Wahlstrom isn't worth enough to make up for that.

Personally, I wouldn't mind bringing Kaner back, but I highly doubt they do it. Stamkos... maybe, but he will more than likely have his pick of teams and I'm not sure why he would pick CHI. Same with Tanev. I could possibly see Tuevo and JVR, though.

Zero interest in any deal for Marner if there isn't an extension in place. Stamkos likely doesn't consider Chicago. And a two slot move from #20 to #18, a 5th and Wahlstrom isn't enough incentive to take JGP for two years. I'm fine with bringing him in, but it costs more than that.
