I'm not a GM but I wouldnt want to do that either. Frost is a 24 year old Center who is averaging around 45pts per year on a team with very little offense. I'm not sure why selling Frost for anything less than a 1st or a solid prospect who can eventually give the same or higher production makes any sense for PHI at this point. He also has a very manageable cap hit for Center. PHI is deperate for young centers. why trade the 1 young center you have in echange for a very meh shot at another mid-low end prospect
