Lol, you are likely the only "Leafs fan" in the world who would actually think losing Marner to get the single worst contract in hockey is a good idea.

The prize is that 1st round pick. Dubas didn't lottery protect it.

Marner is a cap anchor in the playoffs for this team. You're lost if you think otherwise.

Jones played well for Columbus when they made the playoffs. Minute muncher. That's what the Leafs need, not an expensive winger who disappears in April.

Hawks decline. They aren't trading Jones and a 1st for one year of Marner. So no need for Myers or Gus as UFA's. Stammer, Roy and Macklin would make it a great summer!

CHI has no want or need to move Jones. Contrary to RipNasty and all the other meat heads opinions, he is NOT "the single worst contract in the league."
