hronek isn't what you think he is. 12 points in his last 39 games while being a liability on defense. we all saw that he couldn't hold any pace the full season. but he's gonna ask 7 million. We can't sign him and I think a lot of people know it.

We know you don't want mikheyev. But you might want to gamble on hronek before you pull a rebuild. You can't rebuild and keep Torts and you're not kicking out Torts. So I think Philly is playing for wins without paying a ton to try. This deal helps that. The penalty is mikheyev, not losing a bunch of prospects.

We already are rebuilding. We sold in the summer, stocked up on picks, and sold at the deadline when we were in a playoff spot. If you selling in a playoff spot doesn’t tell you a team is rebuilding idk what does.
