Take out Slafkovsky and a couple of the firsts and I’d be down (and think it’s a good idea for both sides)

Holtz+Schmid+NJDs next 2 1sts would be what I'd offer approximately in a more realistic offer for both sides.

10th overall for Guhle
2025 1st+Schmid is a slight overpay for Monty imo.
Holtz for Newhook is a slight underpay imo.
