Description

Version 2.0 after some constructive feedback.

The goal is still to improve the defense also while creating a healthy goalie platoon (because the next 1A goalie we're going to have will hopefully be Cossa) to help compensate for loss of scoring. The cap will be very tight, but next year our cap space dramatically opens up. This gives us a path to ride out Fabbri, Copp, Chiarot, Compher, and Petry with minimal long term repercussions on our cap.

I think chatfield and perron cost more, not a ton more but since your capped out it matters. Don't love wedge but it will be a goalie like him. I don't think kanes back personally.

The Hawks already had Maata once and couldn’t get rid of him quick enough, they sure as hell aren’t paying to bring him back now.

Additionally, LHD is arguably the deepest position in the organization, so Maata doesn’t even fill a need.
