    As a pending UFA...yeah I could get behind that. I'm not sure I want to do that at this upcoming TDL though. Really depends on if the Hawks get another Physical Veteran RD.

    I dont think they want to trade their best player + 4 seconds for minor upgrade and a 3rd liner RN Robertson still has time but rn hes a 3rd liner

    Nope, Marner and his defensive game is so much better, but in the O-Zone, Not a massive upgrade

    That's a decent offer for Murphy but Hawks probably decline. Can't see them moving Murphy before the '25 TDL at the soonest. Really need Murphy to mentor Korchinski for another year.

    Wouldn't mind trading Marner (but it's not happening). But what a waste signing Lindholm to six years. He's an OK 2C at best now, and no way it keeps that value into his mid 30s.

    It depends. How much are you paying us to take him? He's definitely not in my top 10 choices.

    I have little doubt they will try to move him for a higher price at next year's TDL as trading a guy retained with another full year would be more valuable than a partial season rental. The Hawks aren't competing next year obviously, so if they were able to fetch a 1st or more, they do it all day long IMO. For this offer, probably unlikely but never know...I'm not a fan of Lillypad personally but no idea how the Hawks view him.

    That's fair. I'd just urge the team to overpay (contract wise) for a different physical veteran as well then. I honestly wouldn't mind 2 years up to $8M per for Demelo. We just need to ensure our own prospects get developed while also acquiring futures.

    Mitch Marner rejects Arizona/Utah.

    And I highly doubt that Clayton Keller would accept a trade to any Canadian team. I could see him going home to Saint Louis.
