The only piece useful to the sabres in that trade is Anderson

So basically Anderson, Markstrom, Zary, and a 1st for Power, a borderline 3rd pairing defenseman and a mid first round pick that hasn't really shown much in the NHL? Seems like a terrible idea for Calgary especially since that 1st would likely be top 10.

Yes im not sure why Calgary would do this trade unless they decide to do a full rebuild (which they likely should do) but at that point need to keep their first round pick.

Then you're delusional. Zary, a 1st and Markström is apparently nothing then lol.

I didn't say that. The Sabres already have tons of skilled young forwards and prospects. UPL has shown to be a very good NHL goalie and the Sabres have Levi who has shown flashes of being a solid NHL goalie as well.

Why would we trade for another forward prospect and a goalie when we are loaded with both?

after further research I realize I was talking out my ass and he is solid player but I still dont think the trade is even close to reasonable.

1- Power is UNTOUCHABLE

2- just delete this garbage

3- please just stick to doing ACGMs for your own team, or at least refrain from any more involving Buffalo, as u clearly don’t have much of an understanding about what we are doing here

Thanks

Power would be a nice pickup but not at that cost.

I dont think anyone in the NHL understands whats going on with Buffalo and the insane 13 season playoff drought.
