Sorry, not for a guy who is missing basically a year and a half with a shoulder injury, signed to a huge contract long term

Ottawa by next year will be adding picks to get rid of his contract

How many shoulder injuries is Norris up to already? I can’t see that happening. Too big of a risk. If he was 100% healthy, probably do it
