Like the fit of Nelson, think he's a really good player, but based on age I think this would be short-sighted by the Bruins

this is an absolute non-starter for boston. take out frederic and i'm not sure they consider it.

Not so sure. I've seen OTT fans offer Chychrun up to the Isles for our 1st this year. I've also seen OTT fans trade their 3rd and 4th for Pageau. This is just combining them and saving OTT the picks. I think it's within reason.

as for pageau they are living in the past, pageau is barely a 3rd liner and hes making 5m, OTT dont have the cap to waste on him even retained.

walstrom has zero value, if Islanders 1st is between 10 and 15 OTT will be interested in negotiating a trade for chych, other than that they would pass

Boston declines and rather quickly... moving a first and Frederic for a 33 year old Nelson doesn't fit with where they are. i like the player but not at that cost and I doubt there would be much of an extension.

I doubt Boston would fix their C hole with Brock Nelson but if they do that’s a good subsequential trade for Chicago. Hawks accept.

No way am i paying a 1st to dump Lee holy crap. Hes a 30 goal scorer who is going to bounce back. If he's getting paid too much fine, but not paying to dump him. Pay that to dump Mayfield or Engvall if you really want but no way Lee. This is all insane overreactions lol wow

I love Anders, he hasn’t scored 30 since he hit 40 once. Guy can’t skate/keep up with his linemates and isn’t a net front force any more. If you want to make some real, meaningful changes to the roster, creatively finding a way to shed his full $7m cap hit is the way to do it. He’s a $4m player right now tops

His expected goals numbers are there, and selling low makes no sense. Id rather buyout than dump with a 1st, plus if we retained 3.5 wed get back a lot. Just makes no sense to pay to dump him.

This ACGM is pretty solid, but agree with kyle_okposo_lover that fans are overreacting on Lee. He’s still strong at driving play offensively and he’s been tilting the ice in the isles favor.

Pageau, mayfield, engvall , cizikas are much bigger problems than lee
