7 for Stammer and 11 for Nylander is more likely the way the funds will get divided up.

$3.5m for Lilly is a bit much and I do NOT think he is ready for top pair role, not yet, maybe never.

TVR is a bottom pairing D, not a top 4

I think using the Stammer money on D instead of Stammer is a MUCH wiser allocation of the cap.

$5m-$6m on Pesce makes sense and he can pair VERY well with Rielly.

Brodie and McCabe as 2nd pair makes sense and Brodie at $3m is the highest I think the Leafs should go on him.

A big, mobile, defensive LD to pair with Timmins is the last piece needed. Lagesson as the 7th for under $1m is perfect.
