Wrong…

And you did XGa compared to GA

xGA/60 is a better measure for individuals than GA/60.
(relative measure also works)

San Jose Sharks in December

6-3 W vs NJD
5-6 L vs NYR (were down 3 almost tied at end)
5-4 W vs NYI (were down 4-1)
6-5 W vs DET (were down 4-0)

Fun team

(must really not like Celebrini)

SJS realized if they continued playing poorly nobody would have value and it could have got ugly

Got to showcase the assets as nobody would be eying certain guys if they were losing 10-0 and stuff

These guys be playing for their TDL lives

Honestly Woll being out not ideal but perfect opportunity for Sammy to retake the net

When Murray went down he did it well, should do it again

We know the Hawks already have a 50% ball rolling around in the machine.

Might as well have some fun

It would be fun to fast forward time a few years - it seems the salary cap should trend nicely awhile, and many teams will enjoy cap space wiggle room they haven’t experienced in years.

Without actually counting because lazy:

It seems ~half the league is under 1 mil in cap space with ~half of them accessing ltir benefits as well. ~75% of the league under 2 mil.

Is no fun for trying to guess trades when trades kinda can’t happen.

See, the thing is as the cap goes up teams will also spend more, sure along the way they may occasionally get some wiggle room but teams will continue to put themselves right beside the ceiling, however big the ceiling is

I feel they all used to aim like 5-8% under.

I wonder if it will ever be like that again. Life is more fun with Ltir shenanigans, so I hope not.

Side note:
Bortuzzo was the longest tenured blue if my brain is doing the thing right. I feel that the new longest tenured could be Parayko.

Extra side note: as a blues fan, sucks to see Bortuzzo go, but super happy about ejecting his roster slot. Stl has more prospects than it usually does, especially after last off season.

Blues clearly would've gotten more if Dom Lucyzynnsnsnsnynunnns didn't spread propganda about the Blues being back with his player cards.

The one thing I’m most excited about not my team tho

Is how tree is going to use the klingberg cap space.

I’m plotting and scheming over here, gonna drop a few trade proposals later.

Help

If only the game was just 40-minutes long they'd have a chance against those 20-yr old rascals!

Big fella, skates really well, confident player, smart with puck. (Although had one mistake today…high sticked the puck when they didn’t want whistle). Just really impressed with him every time I have seen OSU play. He gets listed as 3rd pair (not uncommon with 1st years)…but is on ice in tight, up-a-goal and down-a-goal situations. Ohio State doesn’t have much of an offense, so take the point totals with grain of salt. He is a traditional style dman, moves really well and is good with puck. Helps he is 6’5” too.

Wallberg is probably behind Rinzel and Levshunov for best first year dmen in Big-10 (and behind Buium, Willander outside b10). But maybe 2nd team.

(Also…check out Levshunov’s goal tonight. He is a beast)

(Eiserman’s PP one-timer was pretty good too).

Great angle from Levshunov on that shot; if he read that spot then even more amazing.
Eiserman's was a little 34-on-34 crime scene
