Broberg fits Fitzy mold for dman. Long, mobile, decisive with puck. Kemp is a more of a throwback crease-clearer. And fiends with Hughes boys.

Just did a lil homework on Kemp and saw the throw back comments. Is Broberg just stuck behind good d on the big team? His skating is raved about.

Goaltending was really bad last night.
Not sure there are as many options available as people think...likely gotta wait until March.
And in March...it may be too late by then.

Defense and puck control has been getting better...
Nemec is a stud.
Hughes is a stud.
Marino has been steady.

Bahl....I just cannot watch another Bahl pass into the skates.
He is great defensively...and actually appears better against the rush than last year.
But overall, I trust Hatakka more right now.

Bratt's defense really should be talked about more...maybe be our best defensive forward after Hischier.

Timo will find his grove. You can see he wants it.

He has got to work on the turnovers.
Its not that they are many of them...its just they are in the worst spot.
Until it gets figured out, I don't think he plays in top-six.

I'm betting one of Toffoli or Holtz isn't on this team come October 2024.
Both have elite shots...but one is really slow...the other is prone to big mistakes.
Just a question of which is better option.
I am starting to lean towards guy who protects puck more.
