Sooo the plan is cap circumvention which is illegal and wouldn’t be allowed by the league in the 1st place? Also John Tavares has a full NMC

cap circumvention? I mean if it was allowed it would be very useful and convenient but sadly isn't the case

is there s rule on how long until you can trade a player back to its original team or does the league just step in and call it cap circumvention?

12 months. It falls under the same category that stopped the TDA trade from happening between Carolina and Philly.
