Why do all of these trades favour the Caps? That Morrissey trade is terrible

That joke of an offer for Alexis Lafreniere is also bad. None of those trades are remotely fair for other teams not named Washington.

Dube actually scored 50% more goals than Kuzy last season(It sounds more impressive than 6), while only putting up 10 less points.

I wouldn't want to take on Kuznetsov's cap-hit for the next two seasons without any assets going back, let alone sending Dube and Hanifin your way. It's just too risky, because I don't know what player we'd be getting. If it was the 2017-18 version, then I would think it was a steal, but last year's version is just very suspect.

The Rangers are never trading Lafreniere. He will be a cornerstone of the team like Fox and Chytil once people like Kreider, Zibanejad, Trouba, Panarin retire or leave.
