Why would Buffalo do that?
They need a young GK, they do not need another 23 yo forward prospect!
Buffalo says no almost as soon as Luukkonen's name would leave Dubas' lips.

The isles kinda get the shaft imo in that 3 team trade and pens come out as clear winners. So I don’t see that happening. The other 3 team trade seems like an L for the sens and the pens come out as clear winners.

Fun little attempt at a trade. I'd have considered it from Canucks POV last week. We now sign Suter as our 3c so we have less of a pressing need to improve down the middle.
