highly doubt oilers would go for that, not to mention rumor on the street is that they already have a new deal for McDavid, and that its for 13.25 mil a year. Oilers challenge will be keeping draisaitl. Center's are in high demand right now, and i just don't see the oilers losing one of theres specially without getting one in return. Also going to have to add more for Duch, probably going to be Maatta, Sprong, and a first

really like some of ur trade ideas i think carolina is gonna want a forward for murphy tho maybe wilson to carolina gonna have to add something to get duchene 3c i like ur idea but i highly doubt it. i at total lose on a good option beyond bringing back bonino for 3 c maybe move reese up to 3c if he is ready 4c rowney and maybe grigorenko pens have pretty good track record at reclamation projects. alzner would be a steal at that price . and i like the idea of keith kincaid as backup with jarry for injury call up. jarry only has 1 game in the nhl and pens have 19 back to back games so we are gonna need at least 25 games this yr from back up i really want murray fresh for the playoffs
i can see 2-3 other d men if we cant get alzner quincey nesrov weircoich all cheap option merrill or miller from vegas cap crunch ugh...

duchene trade is gonna be tough one pens 1st rounder is gonna be late pick again in 18 hopefully 31st again i think pens should sweeten the deal a little to get sakic to eat 1m -1.5m maatta sprong erixson or corrodo and 1st. that retained money would really help pens fill out roster and if pens get duchene the more i think on it i see him as 3 c just due to experience put a few very nice wingers with him depending on chemistry which i dont see as a problem most of last year the lines got shifted a ton which was huge advantage in playoff which matching up against teams. i like sprong but i think simon is gonna be more complete player with the ability to move up and down the lines. this is looking pretty sic for the rest of the league if ruth can pull this off.
