They have enough talent to be one of the two wild-card teams... Barkov, Reinhart, and Tkachuk are still very good players.

They're fine but I don't see them being better than the Leafs, Sabres, Lightning, RW and Sens... making them not a playoffs team. And even if they were to squeak in and play Toronto, you're assuming Bobrovsky goes back to Carey Price if you think the Leafs blow a 3-1 series lead

No I'm assuming the Leafs do what they usually do in the playoffs... it just helps that the Panthers have Bob and Tkachuk

Canes do what they always do “flatter to deceive” and then crash out in metro or if they get lucky and get out of division - they get handed their lunch by an Atlantic team again in ECF . Hopefully for the hundreds of fans, they could avoid another 🧹

It's a fluke... you guys got lucky that the Lighting blew games 3 and 4... you guys don't have the depth scoring to go very far which has been proven year after year with this core

This guy - like a lot of canes fans - suffers from some kind of group delusion. They have literally crashed and burned out of every playoffs & just got swept but they are a legit contender every year. Leafs - not so much. Truly hilarious 😂

I mean its true that they fumble in the ECF a lot, but a Leafs fan should not be mocking another team about getting handed their lunch in the playoffs

Absolutely I can - I’m not publishing the leafs winning the Stanley cup after just getting swept 😂and if I did, there would be a lot of comments from fans of ‘non playoff’ teams like the Canucks. Leafs play in the tougher division (Atlantic has beaten Metro 5 or 6 years straight) so canes winning a round or two is meaningless - they (or the team that beat them out) have been fed their lunch by Atlantic team.

Lol, the Leafs ended up out shooting the Lightning in 3/6 games and Sammy stole 1 game... To add, in G1, the Leafs were on multiple 5 on 3s bc of the Bunting hit (who's the Canes' problem now) and had 4 of those goals scored on the PP, while playing like dogsh1t... And that's rich coming from a canes fan, the only thing the Canes have proven, is that they find a way to choke harder than the Leafs

The Hurricanes have one of the three bests overall rosters in the league... it's only fair to talk about them winning a cup and they get a major piece back who was out for the entire playoffs

Hmm... I don't remember the Hurricanes blowing a 4-1 lead in the third period of a game 7 but clearly my memory must be faulty

That's rich coming from a Canucks fan, whose team had the expectation to make the playoffs for 2 years in a row... and ended up being a bottom 10 team in the worst division in hockey
