I'm not as wild about this signing as the Gudas one as I think its a bit long and a bit rich, but I guess that is the UFA tax that had to be paid. So long as we can get 2.5-3 good seasons out of him, I think the signing turns out just fine. We will still be rolling a lot of guys on ELC's or first bridge deals during his final year.

But DAMN, look at those PK numbers.....

If Leo plays in Sweden next year and then comes over, he will get his big boy contract at the same time the Killorn contract is off the books (which would be ideal). Initial reaction to this was "oh god what did Pat do" but the more I think on it the more I like it. Contract is pretty rough, but we are one of the only teams who can make it work, and I think Killorn fills a need in the forward group. Good finisher, complimentary 200 foot player who can fit well on the any of the top three lines? And with a reputation for great leadership? That is one way to fill the void of Adam Henrique next season
