actually, this wouldn't be bad at all. i kinda like this. i don't know if you were making the lines or not but if you were i would suggest putting Carter/Nylander at RW on Kopitar's line and putting the other on the 2nd line center and then also signing having trevor lewis play 3rd line center. also switch kempe and andreoff.

the only thing is that I think LaDue will be around 1-1.25 million instead, but you have 2.5 million in cap space so they don't need to necessarily save money

Interesting, but then why wouldn't Toronto just sign Shattenkirk and not lose all their current assets. And you have LaDue at 2.7 a year, I think you meant that as a total for a 2 or 3 year deal?
