Tampa declines. Killorn isn't re-signing, the money is there for Colton, and Tampa isn't interested in picks.

Julien Brisebois every decision I make with this core group will be with winning now in mind. Julien Brisebois in his end of season sit down interview on Lightning TV's "The Block Party" . This doesn't come close to doing that. As stated above it's Bahl for starters. Killorn like Palat last year is gone.

If TB was offering Killorn that it'd already be a done deal. Garbage return for Colton. TB has proven time and again they don't place much value on picks.
