If Philly really want's Michkov then sure. But I honestly doubt they'll trade up for him. They'll just stay at 7 and keep the higher 2nd 1st rounder

Detroit. Yzerman drafted Kucherov and traded for Sergachev. Also drafted Seider 'too early' He doesnt care about perception and will move mountains for his guys. The 9th and 17th picks should interest Hughes if he wants to pass on Michkov. The 17th pick could then be flipped for a PLD. It makes too much sense with the Leonards, Willanders, Dvorskys.. one should be available at 9 if that is whom they are targeting at 5.

I mean, he's calm, confident in his plan, and doesn't seem to be someone who feels heat or is anxious for a specific player. I see him sitting back and waiting to see what falls, and deciding based on his own list, instead of targeting a player.

No for me the value of any 5th pick trades needs to include the value of a franchise winger, think of trading for Kaprizov but younger, better and less aav.
