Damn 8.8 isnt too bad considering he could've been as high as 10, leaves us a little bit of room to make some more maneuvers, next up i guess is getting all the RFAs signed, then looking into a 3rd pairing Dman, followed by some guys to fill out the Utica roster then we are ready for the season

I really hope Fitz doesn’t trade the farm for Hellebuyck

The ONLY way i could see us going for a goalie is if its a significant upgrade from what we have now that comes at a price that Fitzy likes, He may very well try to get Hellebuyck but i dont think he would try and sign him to a contract that mortgages the future of the team (remember we have L. Hughes, Mercer extensions coming up)
I could see us trying to get some goalie depth for Utica with Daws injury but that wont cost much.

Anybody else see that quote from Fitzgerald today saying something along the lines of "we may do something more with our forwards"
