Solid Deal. Have a feeling Chytil is really betting on himself to cash out in Free Agency when he hits it. Which is smart if he continues his upward progression, especially with the Cap going up.

He's going to more than double his next best season. ... I'm a little worried this is a fluke. However, even if he just stays the same, this will be a good contract.

Chytil gave the Rangers a bit of a discount but I’m sure he won’t go hungry. He’ll get to test free agency in what should be the prime of his career.

In a vacuum this isn't bad but coupled with Goodrow the bottom 6 is getting expensive and there are 2 vacant spots next year to replace Kane + Tarasenko at RW in addition to RFA deals for K'Andre Miller and Alexis Lafrenière there just isn't enough to go around so something has to give.
