Wings never looked at Petry, and do not want to get a diminishing asset that costs alot. Bertuzzi is staying put until A. They are out of the playoff hunt or B. A deal that knocks Yzermans socks off. Sorry but this trade is not good for Wings. Petry is done and everything else is bad or not good..Wings either trade Vrana and add a sweetener, keep him for one more year or they buy him out this summer. Not taking on another bad contract to get rid of one.
