Larkin has already reportedly declined an 8x8 offer in Detroit. But if he were to waive his NTC, this offer would probably get outbid.

Impressive! And only 3 million over the cap! I’m surprised more fans of every team associated with this AGM haven’t weighed in yet. Most of my opinions on this have been quelled by those who replied before me. In a nutshell, bad but bordering on horrible. Kessel? Really??

The day of the Horvat trade Larkin rejected 8x8, so 7x7 is highly unlikely.
