Zero chance do i see NJ trading Kovalchuk to the Rangers unless it's for massive overpayment.

THE WINGS SAY NO. Lundquist is on his last leg and why would we want Nash. Mrazek is still and RFA after this contract is up and he will not get anything close to Lundquist money. The Wings need help on D not an overpriced goalie in the sunset of his career.

And Detroit taking on both Lunqvist and Nash for Mrazek and Nyquist no way can Detroit afford an aging overpriced Lundqvist making $8.5 million for another 4 years plus Nash at $7.8 million for another season. Even if you retained half on both we're still not interested.

He is trying to get the Wings to be his salary dump to be able to sign Oshie and Shattenkirk. He sends close 17.25 to Detroit and only takes back 8.5mi. He freed up over 8 million, why would the Wings even think about this trade. Again they need d-men not goalies over players who do not fit their paychecks(NASH)

Send your aging overpriced players to teams that can afford them, Like Arizona New Jersey Carolina like those teams.

nash to Detroit is more/less an expiring contract to acquire a goalie who is still very very good. Might have been better to include somebody instead but Detroit would get an established goalie, and a A prospect in buchnevich.
