I doubt the Sabres are ready to give up on Eichel, and certainly not for a 4th liner and not top prospect. COL is likely shopping Duchene again, but the asking price was rumored to be a high draft pick, a top D and at least one more player/prospect. I'm going off of memory there.
And the only reason to trade Crawford is to move salary, not to move him to sign a free agent goalie without two Cups for essentially the same contract
