I don't think Suter deserves that. Poor guy.

A lot of priorities for the hopefully new GM during the off season and Suter's buy out is one of them. In no order and IMHO, here are the priorities:

- Let the head coach go
- Hire a new GM and put Nill in a consultant role for the remaining of his contract. New GM has to be one with a fresh and modern view of where the NHL is and is going
- Let the new GM hire the new coach and the new coach hire is coaching staff
- As far as I am concern, here are some of the GM priorities:
- Buy out Suter
- Arrange the D in order to play Miro on his strong side (we need to unleash all that potential)
- Get rid of Faksa's contract (retain a little if you must)
- Buy out Kudhobin
- Do not sign any of our UFA including Klingberg but excluding Wedgewood
- Go get a yound RD without trading back any of Johnston, Stankoven, Bourque and Harley
- Make room for youth on the roster by avoiding signing out of date old Vets
- Prepare the public opinion for a difficult next season where the team will be in a transition phase

What has our owner done that leads you to believe he’s capable of hiring outside the good old boys club??? Suter and Faksa are both reasonable buyouts. Stash Dobby on LTIR or the AHL. I’d be willing to move Bourque for the right young RHD
