The Hawks need another centre to compete with the depth the Wild have at centre. Doan or Iginla will give the hawks that extra incentive... Like Hoss in 2010 Mayers in 2013 or Kimmo timmonen in 2015.

You're gonna need some kind of cap dump man. Neither Doan nor Iggy would work, even with 50% salary retained.

Doan or Iggy is unnecessary. In my opinion the Hawks don't need another center as Kero has been playing great. Even without the same center depth, I'm comfortable the hawks can beat the Wild

Some research needs to be done by people on this website. Understand how the cap works. All deals at the deadline our prorated, therefore a 6 million cap hit equates to a 1.35 million cap hit at the deadline. Every team has a lot of wiggle room come trade deadline. On top of that there are lots of 2 way deals they can hide in the minors to free up cap space prior to playoffs after which the cap is no longer a concern.
