Points for creative thinking, but I was yelling no out loud at my phone reading just about everyone of these trades. Needless to say I think Kevyn Adams may be going in a different direction than you are here.

"Don't go chasing waterfalls". Good advice especially at the mouth of the Niagara River.

Please stick to the rivers and the lakes that you're used to.

That's all I've got to contribute.

Minnesota wouldn’t have bought out Suter if they were willing to move Dumba.

Take out Rasmus, and wild are keeping dumba

There's no chance under this wild coaching staff , and wild gm Bill Guerin they will play him, or want him

They are very peculiar about having a two way game, being responsible on ice, bringing it 1000 percent on each play, and having a good defense game

I totally agree. I was just trying to fill the teams with guys I like from different Eichel trades because I've done so many

I would disagree there. If they're preparing to make an offer for a player that costs $10m a year in Eichel, they would have to make sure they have the space to do so. They could obviously fit both if Buffalo retains/brings back salary then I could see it, but I think their buyouts were in part in to fit in a big contract (I don't think that is what a deal would look like with Minnesota FYI. Was just executing a very complicated idea in my head).

You do realize the amount of cap they free up this season by doing this buyout goes away next year, right? That is something you understood about the team before you made the ACGM?

Yes, which is why I traded Dumba (2 years remaining) and gave them Ristolainen (1 year remaining). Opens up cap space for next year while giving them a defenseman for this year. The number of times I've seen ACGM from Wild fans that just give away Dumba in the expansion draft surprises me, so this gives them short-term compete while long-term returns.

By no means do I expect a deal to look like that if they agree to a deal.
