He's the worst coach in the NHL. Maybe his style worked in the 70's, but he's such a joke. Go watch the post game. I'm calling it now. Torts is going to say something like. "I the head coach of this team and I thought his game needed a kick. I made a decision that I thought would help the...blah blah blah. Just a WHOLE bunch of I's because he thinks he's the show. That people tune in to watch his coaching job.

Duclair scratch: "bad listening skills"
McQuaid scratch: "I have to make decisions on who I think is our best six, too, and right now 'Quaider' isn't that. Little concerned about the speed of the game with him and so we went back to the other guys"
Atkinson scratch: "For me, it’s not a tough call, Cam’s a very important guy. If we’re going to have any sniff at all of having a chance to play and keep playing, he has to be a huge part of it. I know people get all jittery about it. I look at this as part of the process to getting him back. Do you want to go down this road? No. As I’e said many times, it’s easy to sit a guy out, but you’ve got to go through the other processes to try to help him. I think I’m helping him. You may think I’m crazy, but I do feel I’m helping Cam, and I’m going to continue to try and help him"
Dubinsky scratch: "Brandon Dubinsky is a really good player and you know how I feel about him. He’s been given plenty of opportunities to try to find himself. I thought he really struggled last night (in Boston) and I have other guys who are champing on the bit to get in here."
Johansen scratch: "He’s an important guy to our organization. This is a reset for him, in understanding what we’re looking for, not just in the points but in the play. You can’t look at it as a punishment. It’s part of the process for him.”
