No OEL would be best for all other 30, IMO, the yotes should keep him and trade Hjalmarsson and Goligoski instead, the yotes need OEL IMO

think the flames would probabl;y want just a little more value for hanifin. debrusk has been good on the bruins but im not sure he would be able to continue that production on another team. super close though id say a 3rd or possibly 4th round pick gets that done

if the yotes arent retaining any cap the bruins should not pursue oel would rather use that money on hall and use debrusk to get a dman like hanifan

I seriously don't know why everyone is all hyped up on OEL, in his career he's a -97 player, which means he's not that great at defending, the yotes need the guy for the offense he brings which the yotes don't have

he was very good when he signed that contract but has been declining ever since, if bruins took on that contract you wont be able to resign Mcavoy or carlo probably

The Coyotes can’t trade Hjalmarsson, since he won’t waive his NMC. And I think it’s best for the Coyotes to move on, because they definitely aren’t going to be contenders while OEL is still good.

Are you really bringing up +/- for a player that has played top minutes against top competition for a team that is 29th in points percentage since he started playing in the NHL? Plus minus is a completely useless stat, other than being able to tell how good a player’s team is.

Think CBJ will want more. More moving parts in the DeBrusk trade.

100% correct, that's why I also say that it's best for him to stay where he is, the Bruins needs both McAvoy and Carlo, their both really good defenceman, no need for OEL on the Bruins team, yet on any other team, if the yotes want to move contract, they should move Hjalmarsson, Goligoski and Schmaltz, that would open up 15-16 mill and have more than enough to bring in valuable pieces to the team and make them a winning team, Hjalmarsson and Goligoski should go to teams that need veteran leadership, Schmaltz I believe could go to Minnesota(they need centers) and if they could let those defenceman go for washed up prospects or late round picks without retaining salary, that would be great for the yotes, but that's only my opinion
