If Tampa wants Dumba and asks us to take McDonagh's contract, I'd only do it if we get Cirelli as well. Tampa probably laughs at that though.

Wild dont need a LD, rather keep Dumba unless Cirelli was included.

He's still a good top pair D-man, his contract's just a bit too long

As Trickster said though, we really don't need LD...or RD for that matter.

I agree and that's why I'd want Cirelli. Dumba had a rough year but Wild fans still believe in his ability to be a top pairing RD. He's younger and cheaper than McDonagh and also doesn't have a contract signed until his in his late 30's so that's why I'd want Cirelli

I keep seeing people trading Killorn to Boston and I don't know why. Boston isn't going to help TBL unload a nearly $4.5 million contract

IDK about the contracts, but the bruins laugh at that trade. In what world do they need ANOTHER middle 6 winger??
(Debrusk, Kase, Bjork, Ritchie, Coyle when Studnicka plays Center) Try again with another team

Johnson for Boyd, 2nd.

Caps can't take that cap hit at F. Even dropping Holtby's $6.1M, they need one, maybe even two top-4D. Plus a real backup, ie: not Copley. There is simply no room for a $5M forward.

I think "play at home" isn't a factor for most players. Can't see McDonagh...who is his last contract as any interest leaving a good Tampa team for a non playoff, wintery weather and bad travel shedule team. Johnson looks like he isn't worth 5m. What's his motivation to leave Tampa really.
Killorn to Boston or another good team might be a possibility.
But the reality is players with NTC, or even M NTCs aren't going to fall the "cap sword" for the real Tampa team or even for fantasy rosters.
