Because the Leafs don't have cap space to improve their right defense and we don't want to trade Kerfoot or Johnsson for a 3rd round pick.

Also there's a good chance we cant resign him next year with Hyman also being a UFA and the cap potentially staying stagnant for a few years.

I'd rather get rid of Johnsson than Andersen. Guy has held this team together for years
