I agree but I think it’s serviceable. Once Dermott returns and after the trade deadline when Sandin and Liljegren are most likely ready it’ll look a lot better.

Lilijigren is not ready for the NHL and actually regressed a bit this year. Not much to like in his game with the Marlies right now that says he is NHL material.
Also like most people you are overpaying Johnsson. He is 24 years old and a career total of 22 goals. Hes a 3rd line player right now on any playoff worthy team

You're right when you say he isn't ready but that you said he regressed shows you didn't actually watch any Marlies games. Lilijigren took a big step forward in terms of his defensive game he was given much tougher assignments and heavier defensive zone deployment this season and still posted similar (well actually better when you look at the post season) offensive numbers

Watched a ton of them, he was good but not where they wanted him to be. Been reported the management thinks the same also
