The very cool thing about offer sheets is that once one happens, there should be a flood of them. Gotta think a lot of future RFA's will be looking out for themselves if they see one happen. With such a young team, I hope you save some space for Hughes, Petterson and Demko, because if they realize that there's more earning potential by soliciting offer sheets, they probably will!

And sure, you guys will probably have the cap space to hold onto them, but if you use it as a weapon, you can be assured that opposing GM's will do it right back to you.

Though Dubas won't have enough cap space to start firing off offer sheets.
