Probably not 100% ready for top 4, but thats most likely where he will be put so he can play with either seabrook or hjalmarsonn so they can have TVR in 5 spot

He may end up there, but I think they'll try kempny there first and if he doesn't pan out then swap them.

I don't see why Toronto would do this deal. They have no need for Rundblad and Svedberg, one of whom is barely NHL capable and the other of which is not. They could trade Cowen to any number of teams in cap hell that needs to unload a player (like say Detroit).

They could absolutely do that. They should also get a much higher return frm detroit too. Depends on what theyre willing to give up...
