This is a good three-way for Edmonton.

why are we over paying for the very Defensmen we flipped for a 5th pick last year and a cap dump EDM has to pay to move out like WPG did Mason ?

Pacioretty - top 3 goal scorer for MTL (#1 the past 5 years )
Shaw - top 10 faceoff winger in the entire NHL and proven cup winner in the bottom 6 because of his clutch performances .
Benn - emelin's cost effective replacement who plays both sides like emelin without the stupidity of cheap shot hits

i mean EDM might aswell not be in this trade

Patches ,Shaw (1.5 retained) and Benn for Rask ,Faulk and a conditional 2nd pick only if Pacioretty re-signs
even then MTL is taking a RD it doesnt need after November just to get Rask who's a 2nd C we could use for our Rebuild years

Jerabek didnt even get his name on the cup so come off it.
Faulks an established NHL player and Jerabek was the 8th D on a Cup team and the 7th D on a bottom feeding team like my habs

I'm pretty sure I'd rather have nothing than Jerabek and Lucic.

Jerabek was decent as a Hab, but Montreal has Lernout, Valiev, Ouellet and Benn — plus the two mystery Czechs — who all fill that same general space. Unless Julien thinks there's some magic left in Lucic -- magic that can be extracted without the help of a talented centreman -- I don't know why the Habs would bother to even consider it.

Talk is other then his homestate of Minnesota, Justin Faulk wont waive for any Western Conference Team. Most of the Western Conference Canadian teams are reportedly on his Mod-NTC so i don't see him waiving for Edmonton period.
