- Victor Hedman (Don't even need to explain why lol ... great at everything in hockey)
- Drew Doughty (2 cups, a Norris, and he can add a bit of offence ... great defensively though, mainly, does a lot of things really well)
- Erik Karlsson (How could i not put him on here? Struggled this year but still one of the very best)
- Brent Burns (Does what Karlsson does. Takes the puck out of his zone, into the offensive zone, turning defence into offence)
- PK Subban (Good offensive defenseman, but what some people don't notice is how good defensively he is too)
- Alex Pietrangelo (Had a great year, has had a few great years in a row ... i have to put him right up here)
- Oliver Ekman-Larsson (Underrated because of the team he plays on)
- Ryan Suter (There's a reason he plays almost 27 minutes a night)
- Roman Josi (Great defensively, but can also add to the offence)
- John Klingberg (He had a good enough year for me to say that one year puts him in the top 10)
