It's fair because Ryan's contract is TERRIBLE and Devils would be taking all his ridiculous salary.

Besides, Santini is a very good prospect with a great upside. Wood has already 16 goals and is also young with a great upside either. And Zacha will be likely a middle six C. In worst case he could be traded futurely to acquire a prospect and a pick. And I still gave Senators a 1st.

So, it's more than fair to give them a great discount for Karlsson and the value is right there. Or at least close to.
