Pass on Cammalleri and Hjalmarsson. Caps have younger, better, cheaper players.

I'm torn on resigning Eller. Love the guy but Boyd is the future 3C and needs to play.

- Cannot pay Carlson that much.
- Bowey will get double that for a bridge deal.
- Wilson seems underpaid if he's finally developing into the Top-Line-Tom we all knew he could be.
- I like the Hjalmarsson acquisition but maybe you could spin Orpik into it with retained money?
- Don't need Barberio with the 5 youngsters developing throughout the system (both Connor Hobbs and Lucas Johansson need NHL time)
- Would rather get some value for Eller at draft and let Stephenson take over 3 and clear space to develop Gersich.

I like the moves. I don’t like Eller at all. That’s all I’d change.
