Description
Don't see Chevy rocking the boat with major shake ups. This line up is still going to have growing pains but lots of potential growth in many of the RFAs. Pavs needs to get moved. Not enough ice time for Hellebuyck, Comrie and Hutchinson with him still in the system.

You look at the players and you would think there is lots of good potential and good results for the Jets in the future as you suggest. Actually when compared to other teams, there are very few "bad" contracts on the Jets. Even if Pavelec doesn't make the Jets, he could be sent to the minors for the last year of his contract if he isn't traded.
Strickly from a monetary point of a view, I wonder if Andrew Ladd will regret not taking an offer to remain a Jet. In the new cap era, how many long term contracts are going to offered to 30 year old wingers.

I think Ladd should fire his agent. The only teams that would even consider offering Ladd a 6 year $6m/yr contract are teams needing to reach the cap floor. Even then I doubt it. In hindsight, it will likely turn out better for the Jets that he moved on. Ehlers, Connor and Perreault are all better options on LW.
