With cap expected to go up to 80M and tradin Hossa and Anisimov away the Hawks will have about 20M space to work with RFAs and FAs. Sign Schmaltz to a 6 year extension, 5,25 AAV Also, Seabrook will be bought out in the summer of 2020 and we have enough cap space to resign DeBrincat and Zadina. Keep maintaining 1st rounders and we will be a dynasty again. Jokiharju can develop one more year elsewhere if needed..

All those trades definitely favor Chicago by a wide margin. And that’s awful lucky lottery draw for them to be in the top 3. But ya it would be a much better team.

Trouba trade is horrible. Why are Rangers taking on Hossa contract for a 4th round pick.
