The trade is picks 14 and 33 in exchange for 10 and 75.

NJD picks Brandsegg-Nygard at 14 and BPA out of Stiga/Misa/Artamonov at forward OR Freij/Skahan on defense at 33.

The Kastelic is essentially 2020-2021 Bastian. Same player, just younger and cheaper for cap reasons.

I see a lot of people saying they need another D man, but the quietest injury in the league this season was the loss of Hamilton. IMO having him healthy, a rebound year from Marino and Siegs, and a full season of experience for Hughes and Nemec has the D in a fine position. Upgrade Bahl? Sure, but my goal for this was to focus on signing more defensively reliable forwards with offensive upside to help support both the D and the scorers up front.
