That’s actually kinda interesting, but I doubt the Canes are going to be giving Hronek the $8M he seeks, so likely moot regardless

I think if both VAN/CAR are given the option to talk contract with the RFAs, and talks are positive - I think this makes a ton of sense for both teams. However, I think both teams are going to be uneasy with the players contract requests.

What is your thought on Necas' number? Also what do you think of his transition game? Canucks need more help with controlled zone entries.

Necas is a dynamo with puck and with controlled entries. If I’m being honest - it’s too much. It weird, but I think it’s a determent on the PP because I think the other guys just assume he’s getting past the blue line.

The contract number is an enigma…I could see him being hard and forcing Arb. Considering the Canes slid his ELC 2 years and bridged him, he’s only made $5.8m in his entire career.
