That doesn't get Necas. I like Andersson, but not at that price. Be easier to keep Pesce and not pick up cap dumps like Armia

A late first is what you will land. Canes fan will be so disappointed with the return. Necas is not a game changer, tesm won’t morgage their entire team to land a ghost playoff performer.

No, he will get more than a late 1st. Don't want to pay more? You're not getting him. He's an absolute gamebreaker with incredible speed and the desire to play the most valuable position in the sport. He's already shown that 70+ point upside, and under a different coach will likely get there again. Pay, or you don't get him. He's got arb rights so there's no offer sheet threat, and the Canes can afford to keep him.
