Description

just the bare bones of what I'd do.

Farabee, just 24 yrs old, 50 pts and Zamula 23 who got 20+ pts in his 1st yr on a bad offensive team isn;t enough, but I like what opportunities it opens up both on team and cap space. Farabee is a good 2 way top 6 young guy and Zamula who can play LD/RD is a great 7th dman.
Solid 4 lines with size and skill and 3 pairings of a good mix of offense/defense. (although if Niemala is ready, hes the 2RD puck rusher with Benoit (an offense blackhole) and McCabe-Liljegren is 3rd pairing and you dont need OEL, but I dont think hes ready.

So Id go with these ideas and then the following year Cowan replaces Jarnkrot on 3rd line and Niemala gets 2RD or 3RD

Marner is worth more.

David Kampf isn't returning no 3rd round pick, You'd be lucky to get a 7th for him. He's a 4th liner at best,

Hometown Detroit offers Matt Roy more, And I don't see him signing in Canada period.
