Ryan Leonard (7th) and Lukas Dragicevic (21st) end up being our first round picks, Wings trade up to 7th (from 9th, see trade with Flyers) and back to 21st (from 21st, see trade with Chicago) also trade for DeBrincat (plus sign) and send away a future 1st (see trade with Ottawa)

As well as bring in Kilngberg and Schenn for the right side on the back end, bring back Gagner for 4th line C and Smith for a physical 13th forward. Assuming Cossa is 2 years away, bring in a vet goalie for those 2 years. Resign Oesterle as your 7th D.

Leonard and the Flyers have been linked together pretty heavily, so I don't think their's much of a chance they would trade down if he's still available.

9th and 17th packaged together for 7th is the only way I move for Detroit. That’s my ask to back off of 1 of Leonard, Benson, Smith, Michkov.

Obviously depends on Montreal, they'll take either Reinbacher or Benson. Arizona takes Smith at 6th, and also Mitchkov goes 4th. We all can agree Montreal drafts need over best player (look at kotkenami and slaf) But I also do think Philly maybe goes D wherever they pick.

I respectfully disagree with the flyers fans above. I think it is a good way for DET to add another top end talent to the pool. PHI definitely needs to add more quantity to the pool and it is a great way to do that. I think at 9, things may still work out how they want or they can move down to 11-12 if it doesn’t
